FAQS

No, to place your order you can either create an account or continue as a "Guest".

 

• If you create an account, you will have the opportunity to create your Personal Profile & state your preferences to receive news, offers and updates for products that meet your needs & desires! You will also have access to the history of your orders & you will be able to monitor their progress at any time.

• If you complete your orders as a "Guest", then you will not have access to the above services of the fabricrepublic.store eshop

• Find the product or products you are interested in and to add them to your cart, select the ADD TO CART field on the page of each product.

• When you have added all the products you want to your cart, you can go to it via the My cart field on the top right in the fabricrepublic.store eshop

• You have the option of completing your order (a) using your personal account or (b) continuing as a "Guest".

• Fill in all the required fields and select the ORDER COMPLETION field to proceed to Checkout.

• If you have chosen payment by Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card, you will be automatically transferred to the secure environment of Eurobank Bank to complete the payment of your order.

• As soon as you complete the registration, you will receive an email from us with the code and the analysis of your order.

 

USEFUL NOTES

• In case you choose to complete your order as a "Guest", make sure that the email you have filled in is the correct one to receive the relevant information for the registration of your order.

• At checkout, fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

Orders are shipped exclusively by courier.


When registering your order, select the postal address at which you wish to receive it, in the SHIPPING ADDRESS section.


Once you complete the registration, you will be automatically sent an email with the analysis of your order. You do not need to do anything else. The private courier company with which we cooperate is ELTA Courier. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping number of ELTA courier, so that you know when it will be delivered. Your order has taken its course.

 

• You can also pick your order from our physical store. We are located in Nea Philadelphia at 8 Vassileos Alexandrou Street, PC 14342. Once your order is ready we will contact you to receive it.


Opening hours: 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.

Free shipping:

  • for orders that include products worth 50€ and over

 

Shipping charges:

  • 2.00€ for orders you choose to pay by cash on delivery
  • 2.00€ for the shipment of your order

 

In the orders that you fulfil the payment with credit / debit you are charged only the amount of the shipment that amounts to 2.00€

You can redeem the discount coupon at your disposal by entering its code in the DISCOUNT COUPON field, on the order registration page, just below the list of products.

 

• If the coupon code is valid and your order meets the redemption requirements, then a relevant confirmation message will appear below the coupon field & the discount will be automatically displayed on your order.

• If the password is not valid, then a relevant message will be displayed & there will be no change in the value of your order.

You can easily see at what stage your order is at any time.


Just log in to your account and select the My Orders section where you can see the analysis & status of all the orders you have placed.

• Orders within Attica are delivered in 1 to 3 working days.

• Orders in the rest of Greece are delivered in 3 to 7 working days.

 

Orders received on public holidays begin to be processed on the next business day, from where the estimated delivery time begins to be counted.

During periods of promotions or discounts, there may be a slight delay in your order, due to the increased volume of deliveries.


In case you have not received your order within the stipulated delivery time & we have not informed you of a possible delay, contact us. See all the ways of communication here.

• Just send us an email at [email protected] with the subject "Order Cancellation" and enter the details of your order.

• Alternatively, contact us via the contact form found here.


In case you want to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of registering it. After this period your order may have already been delivered to the courier company, so the cancellation will not be accepted.

A change card is not available in our online store, however the changes are made with the return form that you will find in the package that you will receive.


In case you want to return a gift, then the customer who made the purchase should follow the return process, as described here.

In case one of the products of your order or the whole of your order is intended for a gift, you can choose the corresponding options at the end of your order, so that together with the products we can send you a Fabric Republic gift bag.


There is a charge of € 0.38 per gift package.
