DELIVERY & RETURNS
RETURN CASES
In case you wish to return a product, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition and its packaging has not been violated.
• For reasons of hygiene, returns to face masks, perfumes & jewellery are not accepted.
• No changes or returns are accepted on products sold in Bazaar operations.
Returning a product you have two options:
1. Product Replacement
• Cash on delivery cost of the new parcel: € 2.00
• Shipping costs of the new parcel: € 2.00
• Additional charge in case you choose a product of greater value of your original choice.
2. Refund
In this case you will be charged a refund of € 3, which you will not give to the courier at the time of delivery but will be automatically deducted from the amount of money you will receive back, from the value of the product or products you returned.
Your refund will be as follows:
• On your debit / credit card, if the order has been paid through it.
• In the bank account that you have filled in on the return form, if the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the products from our company.
In case of any defect, e.g. the product has been damaged or broken in the package during shipment, replacement is made only if we are informed on the day of receipt. No replacement is possible beyond this time period.
In this case, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any additional charges.
In case of our mistake, we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs. In this case you will not be charged any additional fees.
USEFUL NOTES
• If the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, fabricrepublic.store reserves the right not to accept the products back and not to replace or refund the money.
• In any case it is necessary to present the receipt and the return form.
• The products you wish to return can only be sent to us through the cooperating courier company (ELTA Courier).
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
• In case of any defect, eg the product is damaged or broken inside the package during shipment, then we replace the defective product with a new one.
• In case you wish to replace a product with another product code, fill in your selection in the return form. The new product will be invoiced with the prices and discounts that are valid on the day of sending the return.
RETURN PROCESS
Step 1. Fill in the return form that you will find in the package you received or by clicking here.
Step 2. Pack the product in the package in which it was sent to you, to avoid damage during transport. Put the return form and a photocopy of the purchase receipt in the same package.
Step 3. Send the package with ELTA Courier, calling the store closest to you (find it here) and stating that the charge will be made to the company TAG GREEN SOCIAL COOPERATIVE BUSINESS. In case you wish to return a product or the whole of your order, report to ELTA Courier that the charge will be made to the company TAG GREEN SOCIAL COOPERATIVE BUSINESS
USEFUL NOTES
• Returns are sent exclusively to the address listed in Step 3.
• In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions analysed above do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.
